Sometimes we may use your information even though you are not a tenant, employee, or in some other capacity directly engaged with us; e.g. you may be a representative of a tenant of ours or a potential tenant applying for one of our properties, or a job applicant.

We know that you care about how your information is used, stored, and shared. We at Steer Housing Association take appropriate measures that comply with Irish Law. Our IT systems meet international standards of security, while physical file storage is subject to safeguards, such as secure premises and filing systems.

In order that we may provide you with our services we may share your information with:

    • We need to share your information to facilitate maintenance of our properties; and
    • You ask us to share your information;
