Structural Repairs

 

  1. Internal plaster cracks.

 

Doors and Windows

 

  1. Internal door hinges, locks and handles.

 

  1. Hinges, handles and catches on kitchen units and other furniture.

 

  1. Draught proofing.

 

  1. Replacement of broken glass.

 

  1. Curtain rails.

 

  1. Coat/hat hooks.

 

Plumbing Repairs

 

  1. Washers on taps.

 

  1. Chains and stoppers for baths, sinks and wash-hand basins.

 

  1. Replacement of W.C. seats.

 

Fireplaces and Chimneys

 

  1. Repairs to fireplace tiles.

 

  1. Sweeping chimney.

 

  1. Repairs to open fires.

 

Replacement of glass panels and fire bars in room heaters.

 

Electrical Repairs

 

  1. Repairs to any electrical appliance not installed by STEER.

 

  1. Light bulbs and fluorescent tubes.

 

  1. Fuses (except main fuses).
